NO CHILD WILL BE DENIED MILK IF THEY DO NOT HAVE MONEY.  THEY NEED TO BRING IT TO OUR ATTENTION.

Accounts

We will be continuing our snap system program.  Each student has his/her own debit account to purchase hot lunch, milk, chips and ice cream.  To access this account each student has been assigned a PIN#.  This number will remain the same until your child leaves St. Timothy. 

To set up your child's account you may send one check for the entire family or one check for each child along with an explanation on how to disburse the money.  Each account is divided into either lunch or cash.  The lunch section is used to purchase hot lunch only (not milk).  The cash section is used to purchase anything (milk, chips, ice cream and hot lunch.  You decide where your money will go.  If there is no designation, we will put the funds in your child's cash account.

MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO ST. TIMOTHY KITCHEN.  PLACE IN AN ENVELOPE MARKED "KITCHEN" AND PUT YOUR CHILD'S PIN NUMBER ON ALL PAYMENTS.  IT MAY TAKE 24 HOURS TO PROCESS PAYMENTS.

When an account has a negative balance you will receive a notice.  A student who has a negative account balance of $15.00 or more will be permitted to buy milk and/or crackers only untill the balance is paid in full.

Snacks

Kindergarten students are not permitted to purchase snacks or ice cream. First grade and Second grade students are permitted to purchase ice cream on Monday only.  Third through Eighth graders may purchase snacks and ice cream Monday through Fridays.

Volunteers

Contact kitchen managers, Belinda Salzano or Karen Yee to assist with one of the following areas that most need assistance or complete the volunteer form:

~selling ice cream 10:50-11:15
~helping out on pizza days 10:50-1:15
~Wednesday/Thursday hot lunch prep 9:30-11:00
