Fundraising

Spring Fundraiser

Spring Benefit Auction   Each April, the PTO hosts a benefit auction.  This event is the major fundraiser of the year.   For more information on how to volunteer, donate, sponsor or purchase tickets, please see our Spring Auction webpage. This year's event will be held April 26, 2008.

Verizon Velocity Fundraiser

Families that plan to switch service providers or order additional services through Verizon should order services by calling 888-695-5299 and provide Tracking Code #12357 and Verizon will make a donation to our school. Orders must be placed through this phone number for their purchase to be eligible for donations. Orders placed through any other Verizon telephone number and orders placed without the Tracking Code will not be eligible for donations. Exceptions may be made for orders placed with an Authorized Verizon Door-to-Door Agent and orders placed at a Verizon Plus Store Location. In these cases, customers must follow directions provided by the Door-to-Door or store representative to call 888-695-5299 and provide the Verizon representative with the order number, Organization's Tracking Code (12357) and what new products have been purchased. United Way Campaign

During open season, contribute to St. Timothy School through the United Way Campaign by registering #8867. 

Combined Federal Campaign

Government Employees may designate St. Timothy School as the recipient of their donations through the Combined Federal Campaign by designating #35341.

INNISBROOK Gift Wrap

For 2007-2008, our Gift Wrap Fundraising campaign will be held entirely online. Catalogs will be available in the front office by request only.  Online ordering is available all year long with a large variety of products available.  St. Timothy receives up to 50% profit from internet sales 365 days a year. Visit Innisbrook's website at www.innisbrook.com to place your order.  Our school number is 104480.  Please contact Lisa Catello with any questions.

Grocery and Pizza Certificates

Please don't forget to order your grocery store gift certificates for Giant and Shoppers Food Warehouse, as well as pizza gift certificates for Domino's and Pizza Hut.   Pizza certificates are available in $5 denominations.  Giant and Shopper's certificates are available for $5, $10, $25 and $100 (Giant only) face values.  There is no additional cost to you over what you would normally spend on groceries or pizza.  St. Timothy PTO earns 4-5% of the proceeds to fund student/family activities and programs.  To place an order, please send in an envelope with your name, oldest child's name and class, and indicate what you would like to order.  Make checks payable to St. Timothy PTO.

Giant Bonus Bucks - Register Online

Last year we received over $3600 from our families that signed up their Giant Bonus cards and shopped at Giant.  The program begins each Fall   Please sign up now so we can take advantage of the entire program.  Register at www.giantfood.com.  You will need your Giant BonusCard number available.   Our school code is 01862.  Please encourage any grandparents, family members or parishioners to register our school.  They do not need to have a child attending St. Timothy's.  YOU MUST RE-REGISTER EVERY YEAR.

Original Works

This Fall fundraiser professionally transfers art onto different products for gifts and keepsakes.  Your child's artwork, an order form and a brochure are sent home each Fall. Orders will be ready in November or early December in time for Christmas presents..  Thank you for your support and participation.   Please contact Evelyn Ingram, the PTO volunteer coordinator with any questions or to volunteer to assistwith this program.

Run for Fun

The afternoon of Friday, October 19th St. Timothy PTO will host the school's first Run for Fun.  All school children will participate in a run/walk around the campus.  In advance, each child will gather sponsors for this PTO fundraiser. This should be a fun event for all of the children with games and snacks.  Contact the PTO Volunteer Coordinator,Evelyn Ingram, to assist with this event. 

Car Raffle

St. Timothy will participate for the second time in the Car Raffle, sponsored by All Saints Parish. Proceeds from each ticket sale will benefit our school.  The 2006-2007 Raffle saw two winners from our parish!  More information wil be available about how to partipate. 

Fall Craft Fair

Each Fall, St. Timothy School hosts a Craft Fair.  Vendors pay a fee to reserve a booth to sell their homemade crafts. St. Timothy families provide baked goods for the school bake sale.  Volunteers are always needed to assist in advance and during the event including: advertising, raffle, bake sale, food services, set up and clean up.

We are looking for a volunteer to chair the St. Timothy Craft Fair in the Fall of 2007.  The Craft Fair is a St. Timothy tradition and one of our biggest fundraisers.  Please consider chairing this wonderful event.  Contact Elaine DiBartolomeo with questions or to volunteer.
