Preschool REGISTRATION


Accepting 2008-09 applications in the school office

Detailed Preschool & Kindergarten Orientation information will be sent home through the mail shortly.

Please be aware that Kindergarten Orientation is scheduled for June 3rd at 10:00am. Preschool Orientation is scheduled for August 26th.

Registration schedule for 2008-2009 academic year:

January 31 (7:00-8:00pm)
Open House

 

To Apply:

 

February 25 (8:00am)
Registration - bring the following:
(applications will not be processed
until all documents are received)
(no applications accepted prior)
 
-$75 Application fee (non-refundable)
-Original birth certificate (copy will be made)
-Copy of Baptismal Certificate
-Copy of Custody Decree (where applicable)
-Copy of Parish Contribution Envelope or Account No.

 

Upon Acceptance:

 

Due 2 wks after acceptance letter:
-Tuition payment plan - Enrollment with FACTS
 
   
July 1 Tuition - payment in full or 1st monthly installment
August 16
Back to School Packets available in the back of the church for pick-up.
