Art
At St. Timothy, the arts are a constant presence on the educational landscape. Students in kindergarten through eighth grade take weekly art classes, learning to work in all forms of media, from drawing to print-making to sculpture and more. The principles, techniques, and history of art are emphasized as students apply their creativity to different projects. The art curriculum works hand-in-hand with students’ education in core subjects, as themes from history to literature to religion are woven into visual art projects, allowing for hands-on, visual learning experiences.
