Athletics
St. Timothy School offers athletics to complement our strong academic program. Outside of the typical physical education curriculum, students participate in the tradition of Field Day each year. Middle school students have the opportunity to sign up for electives such as Leisure Sports and Basketball.
The school also participates in the Northern Virginia Junior Catholic Youth Organization’s basketball league. NVJCYO has a member organization of more than 40 parishes in the Diocese of Arlington, allowing St. Timothy students in grades 4-8 to compete against their peers in a league that fosters teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, responsibility, leadership, and competitiveness.
