Physical Education
The Physical Education curriculum at St. Timothy is designed to promote lifelong wellness and to teach students teamwork and leadership through physical fitness activities. Students learn to participate in a myriad of team and individual sports, with an emphasis on cooperation, fair play, and respect for others. St. Timothy’s Physical Education curriculum prepares students to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.
